The term psychotherapy has Greek origins, with psyche meaning mind and therapeuein to cure. It´s a process that aims to deal with issues related to the mind´s wellbeing and possible emotional difficulties such as depression, anxiety, relationship, family, personal or work problems, as well as significant transitions in life such as career change, divorce or grief, among others.
